GreenLID is seeking an Office & Financial Manager, in the Nashville, TN area, to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position: Office and Finance Manager
Location: Gallatin, TN (Nashville, TN area)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Flexible Schedule
Pay: Negotiable based on experience

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management and office administration.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage HR functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the firm's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
    Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all financial and administrative processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
