Blue Jay Way

The property on Blue Jay Way was an uncommonly constricted site that presented several challenges. One of the services we provide is attending all Planning Commission and City Council meeting on the behalf of our clients. We aggressively represented our client on this project and were successful in reaching a compromise with the City of Gallatin that would satisfy all concerned. Additionally, we provided stormwater pollution mitigation in the form of bioretention on the property to satisfy the environmental permitting requirements.
