GreenLea Commercial Park

GreenLea Commons Commercial Park in Gallatin is one of our favorite projects that we’ve seen come to life! We were able to work on a Final Master Development Plan, sewer and water plans, State submittals and more. Construction is in full swing & they will be open for business soon! GreenLea Commons will be home to several new businesses in Gallatin including Grant’s Kitchen & Grill, Los Amigos Mexican restaurant, Keystone Childcare, 386 Dental Studio and a Fitness 1440 gym franchise. The entire development will feature five buildings totaling 45,000 square feet of space. Additionally, a Speedway convenience store is already under construction on a portion of the property. We can’t wait to see all that our friends at GreenLea Commons will be doing for our City when they officially open!
