Sumner Gardens is a new apartment community, expanding into phase 2, offering beautiful garden-style apartment homes with income guidelines. GreenLID Design designed the Amended PMDP and FMDP with the City of Gallatin on 12.317± acres at 923 S. Westland Avenue.
Our team managed the surveying and designed plans for the existing site, overall amended preliminary master development plan, site layout, grading plan, utility plan, paving and drainage, erosion control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention plans for the TDEC Notice of Coverage.
This project is in the final stages of design and approval!
