As the Receptionist at GreenLID Design, you are the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient front desk operations. Additionally, you will assist with deliveries and errands as needed. GreenLID is seeking a Receptionist, in the Nashville, TN area, to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position: Office Receptionist
Location: Gallatin, TN (Nashville, TN area)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Flexible Schedule
Pay: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to staff, manage office supplies, and handle correspondence.

  • Client & Visitor Assistance: Ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.

  • Deliveries & Errands: Coordinate and manage deliveries, mail, and errands efficiently.

  • Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations.
