As the Lead Surveyor at GreenLID Design, you will oversee all surveying activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data for our land development projects. You will lead the survey field crew, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role is critical in supporting our mission and promoting sustainable practices that benefit our community and environment.
 

Position: Registered Professional Land Surveyor
Location: Gallatin, TN (Nashville, TN area)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Flexible Schedule
Pay: $110K-$130K (and opportunity for a yearly bonus)

Role Overview:
As the Lead Surveyor at GreenLID Design, you will oversee all surveying activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data for our land development projects. You will lead the survey field crew, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role is critical in supporting our mission and promoting sustainable practices that benefit our community and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey Coordination & Oversight: Plan, organize, and direct all surveying activities.

  • Field Leadership: Lead and mentor the survey field crew, ensuring safety and efficiency.

  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze survey data to support project development.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all survey work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver accurate and timely survey results.
